Daniela Garcea has spent most of her life on both sides of a bar. She worked as a bartender while getting her degree in International Marketing in Milan, and developed an extensive knowledge about distillation and mixology trends. She further completed her training in Australia, where she began consulting for the restaurant industry and training younger bartenders.
She is the founder of Bold Spirits, a consultancy and communication business for new brands in the spirits industry.
“The Italian Aperitivo” is her second book.
